RN Campaign Update
I hope your family is well and the stay-at-home edict is not causing undo stress in your life. It is uplifting to see our communities support and shelter one another during these times of uncertainty. I have had the occasion to
speak (on the phone) with many community members during the past 2 weeks and many people have concerns and questions about daily actions and activities. Please follow the guidelines listed in these reference sites:

I am so grateful for the first responders and the medical community dedication seen day in and day out during the Covid19 crisis. I am forever awed by the courage and the fortitude on display in all areas of the community by our police, fire and healthcare teams. A big shout out to our grocery and food chain supply also! Thank you all!

I am heartened to receive so many inquiries and actual products from seamstresses in our neighborhoods for masks and also gloves for healthcare workers. I will continue to take any donations of PPE and donate them to workers in need. We are coming together and working to lessen the impact of this terrible situation, and our teamwork will make a difference! This is what it means to live here in our beautiful Western Washington!

Our campaign is gaining momentum even in these historic times. We are adapting to a changing campaign format due to the shelter at home conditions, and finding ways to connect with our supporters and move forward in this unprecedented health care crisis. Sharing a concern for safety and health in our community members is paramount and safeguarding our vulnerable population is key.

I am pleased to announce that our campaign has received endorsements from WIN for Women, UFCW21 and WSNA! I am humbled by this affirmation and vow to press on to represent all during this 2020 election,
and commit moving forward to a healthy change for our community!
